Highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I booked an appointment with a specific technician, but the business decided to transfer me TWICE to a technician I did NOT select without informing me beforehand. That is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic respect for clients. If a client chooses a provider, it should not be changed without consent. Doing so feels misleading and disrespectful. It’s like booking an appointment with an eye doctor and being sent to a gynecologist instead.
