Walked in hoping to get my eyebrows done. All the staff looked at me. Not one asked if I had an appointment or even said anything. Sat for 15 minutes then left. Disappointing.
First time here and Lotta was so kind, gentle and paid attention to detail! Super clean space, all staff is very kind aswell. Definitely will be back :)
I can't seem to find a good nail salon in Spruce Grove. I tried this one for a gel polish manicure and I thought their technique was a little odd compared to previous salons I'd been to. They apply a layer or 2 of something before the polish, and whatever that was is still on my nails after having them remove my polish. My nails look and feel horrible with that layer on them, so now I'm left trying to get it off myself. As well, I find they apply the polish much too thickly.
I have been getting pedicures for about 20 years now and this was the worst one yet. I had an appointment and still waited 20 minites. They sat me down and had my feet soaking for 25 minutes before someone started. Was a horrible experience. My feet are still hard on the heal and polish job is horrible.
