I absolutely love Nails Ave! The salon is clean, welcoming, and always has such a great atmosphere. Baby does my nails and she is AMAZING—so detailed, creative, and always makes sure I leave 100% happy. My nails last beautifully and I always get compliments on them. If you’re looking for a salon that truly cares about quality and customer experience, Nail Ave is the place to go. Highly recommend!
I went to nails Ave a little over a month ago. I had Emma whom I highly recommend. She did a great job and was very friendly. I got the 85.00 deal of getting nails done and free Pedi. When I went to pay I was told 145.00. I was absolutely shocked. I asked for the breakdown at which the person behind the counter couldn’t really answer. I was then told I got a full set and the free pedi. I only got a fill so they did give a 20.00 discount for it only being a fill not a full set. I got my nails done by Bria this afternoon. She was fantastic! I don't get my nails done often but she is the best tech I have had. I went in asking for short square french tip nails and that is exactly what I left with. She listened to everything I suggested/asked during the appointment. I will definitely be going back to see her.
I went for a half-leg wax with Abby, and I strongly do not recommend this salon for waxing. It honestly felt like it was her very first time performing a wax, and she had no professional training. The experience was extremely painful, many hairs were left behind, my legs were sticky when I left, and the service was expensive and completely unprofessional. Truly avoid this place if you want a proper waxing !
