Came to Nail 99 with a party of 3 people each getting a pedicure, and 2 manicures. Once chairs were available for the pedicure one person sat in the water for at least 45 minutes (by the time the service started the water was cold), and the other 2 people waited for at least 20 minutes. One person sat waiting to polish for 30 minutes after nails were prepped. Wow! What a wonderful experience and a great way to start back to school in style! The technician was so kind and these are the best nails I ever have had!!!!
Took my gf to get her nails done, she was not happy, first they started speaking in their language making fun of my gf by the way she was sitting (pregnant btw) and she said the guy that did her nails wasn’t washing her hands AT ALL.
