I’ve been coming to this salon for about six months and I can’t say enough good things! They are so detailed and always do an amazing job. My gel nails never chip or come off, and they last beautifully every time.

Nails came off in a week. The shape was not good. My daughter’s nail polish came off. Do not recommend.

I came to get a simple SNS manicure at 1:15 on a Friday afternoon. Walked in, and the guy said “appointment only. You need an appointment “. He didn’t apologize, or offer to schedule me an appointment for tomorrow or sometime over the weekend. Just said “You need an appointment “. His social skills are most definitely lacking. Also, if you don’t accept walk- ins, I suggest deleting the picture from Google of your entry door plainly reading “Walk- ins Welcome”. I agree with the negative reviews. Yes, their work is meticulous. But, Simon is rude and his wife doesn’t speak English. He is constantly answering the phone while doing your nails and gets annoyed easily. He needs to invest in an online booking app or a receptionist. He is also rough while doing your nails . The customer service is poor and the experience is not relaxing at all.
