Went for a color change on my toes and was told the wait was going to be about 40 minutes. I said ok. I'll wait but after about 5 minutes or so, 2 other ladies came in who did not have an appts and were greeted and immediately taken to their respective stations for service. I was surprised and ask the receptionist why they were taken ahead of me. She responded that they were going ahead to have their feet soaked. I did not feel seen or appreciated.
