I have always had positive experiences but this last visit was horrible. Before going in they informed me that their cards were down for the day. I didn't want to use the ATM there (off brand) so I was planning to come back another time. They suggested e transfer so I agreed to that. My pedicure was great and I had cash for a tip. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is completely disrespectful and clearly does not care about their customer service. Having services for a bridal party and not wanting to have your clients leaving completely satisfied and feeling unwanted is terrible. The bride was set to sit alone and separated from her party despite a reso being booked prior and requested and being told it would be accommodated! I would never trust their customer service. The nails peel off in 24 hours. When we asked for repair, they said they are too busy to repair it. How ride is this. There is no guarantee services for your nails done at here. You will have a two different shapes on your nails. Your nails peel off easily. Don’t waste your money here.

Went for their 45 min head spa with my friend, it was delightful and I will be going again! Note: you have to call the store to book, and pay a $20 deposit per person to secure tour booking.
