Everyone there was very nice, but both my partner and I felt very uncomfortable at the pushyness. Like I said, they were never rude or unprofessional, but it seemed like every few min, someone was trying to sell you something new or upgrade your service. They asked my partner if he wanted a massage pedi since it was his first, but when we asked to see their price menu saw that it was more expensive and said no. First time! Had the paradise pedicure, it was amazing, very friendly staff, beautiful location, left feeling pampered, will definitely be going back soon!! 😊
They nickel and dime you
I am never coming back and would never recommend. This place is just a chop shop disguised as a luxury salon. TLDR; drilled my nails down until they were as thin as paper and probably gave me an infection from aggressive cuticle trimming. Don't be fooled by their looks, it's so obvious they prioritize speed and how many clients they can squeeze in over the quality of your nails.
