I’ve never had a poor experience before at this nail salon however today I left disappointed. I went in for a soak off and manicure, soak off went great nail tech was able to remove all of the debrief from my last set. When getting the manicure the nail tech never cut my cuticles, took away dead skin nothing. My nail tech only painted my nails & filed which came out poorly & left the debrief from filing my nails over my hand and added oil to my cuticles. PHENOMENAL WORK!! My mani (fill acrylic) and pedi came to $90. I tipped $50. ONLY COMING HERE FOR NOW ON!! Liz and Lucky did my nails up RIGHT!! Love yall so much, thank you again for the fantastic services and beautiful nails!! To the team: I loved the experience, but I have some ideas that I’m sure yall have already thought of to make it more luxurious!
