The end product is good but the process is pretty painful and she pulled so many dead skin that my cuticles started bleeding, and although her words were nice her tone was a little aggressive, so 2 star for the customer service and 4 stars for the pretty nails at the end so an average of 3
I am a 2spirited human who had a great experience going here in Jan 2025. I would say it was a 4. I been back in July 2025 and just today, and these last two times have been blah. The woman working there struggle with a 2spirit male (gay) coming alone to get pretty feet. Even though there’s a website, the prices of the nails weren’t aligning with the prices on the website. Even after showing the picture they couldn’t tell us what the price was until the nails were done. The designs were decent but after a few days some of the jewelry fell off. They gave me an appointment time and called right before I was going to leave the house to say that they made a mistake and gave someone else my appointment. Used to love this place and to be honest it depends who you get to do your nails. Most of them are great and I have had gel manicures last me 5 weeks! I only needed to get them redone because my nails grew out too much. However, if you get one in particular she is very distracted every time she does your nails and will be on the phone all the time. Vivian is absolutely amazing! She is so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. She does a fantastic job every time — her attention to detail and skill are outstanding. I always leave feeling so happy with my nails. Highly recommend her!
