Jack was really good, he got all dead skin out in my big toes. I will definitely come back and I'd like him to do my next Pedi. But the lady owner, was like looking and watching his time and started speaking in Vietnam. Come on , we pay a lot for customers to be rushed. Let Jack do a good job so he will earn more customers. I observed every owner of nail spas tend to scold nail technicians for spending a little time getting your foot cleaned. I walked in and they don't even have customers not even busy

Nailpedia was highly recommended to me, but I left disappointed, especially for what I paid. The entire service was very rushed and not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. I scheduled an appointment, but they were running 30-45 minutes behind, so making an appointment doesn’t appear to make sense vs. walk-ins. I’m also bummed out with the quality of the nail filing and painting, it’s uneven and inconsistent, and polish is coming off less than 24 hours later. Absolutely Wonderful Experience! I have been having such a great visit to Nailpedia and spa for the last 3 months.The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are friendly. My nail technician Kai is skilled and gentle, he really take his time to make sure everything is good. I am very particular about my nails and pedicures, so far has been great. Nail Pedia is my favorite spot to go to for my nails they have a huge color selection, they can squeeze me in last minute, they are super friendly and make me feel very comfortable.
