Monica was an amazing technician. I had her for a pedicure, and she was very attentive. From offering refreshing beverages to continuously asking if my hot stones were too hot, nail polish color correct, or pressure too firm when giving massages, she was very sweet throughout the whole process to ensure I was comfortable. I did the dead sea salt package. Monica had a timer to show she was spending a full 25 minutes for my leg massages and a full 10 minutes on my upper back/shoulders/neck. Went today for a pedicure (self care date) with my daughter. MY Tech was fantastic! I didn't catch her name, sadly. Very personable, communicative, and kind! Loved her! The Tech my daughter got, Mindi, not so much. We both were EXTREMELY disappointed with the service she provided. This was supposed to be a special treat for my daughter and I. Mindi seemed less than thrilled to have to work on her from the beginning. I got the impression she was disappointed that she had to service a child. Her disinterest caught my attention... read more

After passing by so many times when shopping at Trader Joe’s I finally decided to stop in and get my nails done. The staff was so friendly, the place is super clean, and they have a great selection. I did the basic manicure with regular polish and asked for almond shaping, and she did a great job. I also appreciated how she picked up on my more quiet nature and didn’t force conversation yet still was very friendly. This will definitely be my go to spot and I look forward to trying out their pedicure options.
