I came in brand new and excited to try a new salon and asked for a basic pedicure with gel. The owner was super nice and seated me. Sadly the pedicure was a nightmare from start to finish. I bled multiple times and now that I think about it I’m terrified because I don’t remember them opening a brand new set of tools like every other place I’ve been to. I usually don’t write reviews but man this place needs some professionalism. I ended up having to find a new salon after coming here for 3 months because of getting bounced around after making with a specific person. Everytime I make an appointment almost I start with Q and get tossed to someone else because “they are better at it than him” my final straw was last time I was in I specifically called and said “I’ll be getting a French tip this time” this led to Q having me pull up photos of what I wanted as if he’s never done... read more
Snow and Laura are AMAZING! The entire staff makes me feel very welcome and loved. It’s always a fun experience. I never have an appointment and they still take me right back.
Loved the work done today. It's my second time here but it's my new nail home!!!
So I contemplated even making this review because I hate to discredit any business but this was my worst experience hands down. I was already nervous to experience something like this. I came in as a walk-in on Sunday 9/7, asked for a full set acrylic. I sit down with the nail tech, he doesn’t say much which isn’t a problem but then he’s rough handling my hands and telling me basically I’m not holding them correctly and he can’t see well enough (I’ve never experienced someone complain this much about how my hands naturally r... read more
