I have been coming in here for years but today is the last day I will be going there, they don’t care bout customer service, they wanna over charge for designs. This place done went down hill, they getting rid of all the good people who can do nails, but on my search for a new nail shop to spend my hard earn money
My favorite spa for my eyebrows arch and wax lash extension and lip waxing. She us gentle and sanitary. Great prices. She keep my look natural with small enhance been going for yrs
No problem for me.. in and out.. my nail tech is awesome…
Terrible quality of service now. I’ve been a customer for 6 years. The last few times the work was rushed & when I said something they talked amongst each other about me ( I used google translate) l. Sad that service quality has gone down. Bebe has been doing my toes and ryan has been doing my nails for years. But service is no where near the same.
This place is horrible, stay away, I came in to remove Nails I had done some where else and the lady filed my nails down so much that my real nails were bleeding. My fingers were so swollen and hurting for a week. Seems like she did this on purpose because I kept telling her it hurted and she didn’t care . What a nightmare, wish I could of read the reviews before !
