This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon!!! The customer service is absolutely horrible. The staff made rude faces at me, whispered and laughed under their breath, and even yelled things in another language that were clearly about me. I felt scared, humiliated, and completely disrespected just for changing my mind about a service! Instead of being understanding, they acted like I was a problem and treated me with such hostility. I’ve been coming to this place for about 1 year. I was there this Thursday towards the end of the day. I got gel mani/pedi upon arrival I waited as usual was seated for pedicure the tech started working on me however as she was doing my toes on my left big toe to took out the whole side cuticle I told her that it hurt she just smile and kept working. I do not recommend this place! The owner is very rude and does not respect appointment's he tells you one time and calls you minutes apart over and over to see if your coming when your time of appointment has not even hit just because he wants to squeeze in another customer sitting there. His hungry for money but pushes customers away! They over charge and talk bad about you in his language. It's not the money it's the attitude!

if i could give this place 0 stars i would… sat down at “Paul’s” station, not sure if that was his name but that’s where i was sat, i asked for acrylic almond shape and came out with triangle looking nails, cut fingers and crooked nail beds. asked multiple times for things to be fixed, things were being done wrong and overall the guy was not all that attentive.
