The owner is extremely rude. I’ve been a regular customer for a year. I sent there a few of my girls. But this place is not customer oriented at all. I had some confusion with the appointment I made, so I texted them on Instagram. They could not find it and blamed me for that. Clean, cozy, and totally my vibe. I’m a simple girl—give me a light pink and I’m set—but Natalia? She makes my nails look like I’m effortlessly put together for weeks. The most racist nail tech I've ever seen. Pulling the race card to get more clients to come to your nails salon is so racist and inhuman. You tried an average nails salon and already made a stereotype? Look at yourself, cant even shape a correct square, your almond shape looks like a potato. Learn to respect others not racist. Noone should come to your place

I’ve been coming here for a while now and even referred several friends and I’ve had mostly great experiences - which is why I still gave 2 stars. But today was such a disappointment. I was asked if I could come in earlier and I said yes I could, and confirmed the time.
