The experience and quality is why I have been going to Ti for the last 2yrs! She takes time to educate you on the importance of your natural nail care. I was introduced to and now use a gel builder, which is by far my favorite nail enhancement.
Great customer service. Always on time. Very clean. I like that it’s by appointment only so I don’t have to wait behind anyone. Good work with attention to detail. She doesn’t rush through the process. Patient, especially when I’m indecisive (90% of the time).
I enjoy the relaxing music and the attentive professionalism that I receive on every appointment. It's well worth riding through 2 cities to get to there.
Professionalism at its best!!! NailedtotheTi always provide excellent customer service, a clean and relaxing environment, quality service and she’s always on time!!! She is very knowledgeable on the proper care of one’s nails, she takes pride in her work and doesn’t rush your service. I love that if I’m unsure of what service to get she gives me the best options for my needs not just something to make extra money off of you which is a PLUS! Check it out you won’t be disappointed!
