Disclaimer: I got my nails done 4 times here before having a bad experience. Venus (and Trish) are kind and do good work. The bad experience came when the owner was working. I came in to get a simple aura design (I’ll attach a photo), and of course the tech told me she could do it. She does it, and the colors first appear black/dark purple/neon orange. I told her I didn’t feel like the colors were matching, and I would like to do just a solid color instead. She insisted that she could fix it, so I let her try. It still didn’... read more
