Came by my house today to offer a roof inspection after the hailstorm last week. Politely told them no thank you, I wasn’t interested. He was extremely rude and started running his mouth as he was walking away. I can only imagine the type of customer service this company offers.
We were referred to Nailed It! Roofing from a friend due to our insurance company haggling us to get a new roof (only 12 years old.) Ronald was professional, experienced, and helped us start a claim that day. They made an intimidating experience so much easier. Highly recommend Justin and Nailed It! to anyone looking for roof or gutter needs.
These guys did an awesome job. They worked with my insurance company to help me get the best replacement possible. Tear off and new roof took just one day and they took extra special care to protect my bushes and outside structures. If you’re looking for a professional company for roofing needs these guys are it.
