Interactions with this guy are horrible. He might be good at his job but his public interactions are very unprofessional. He is demeaning and condescending and arrogant. It’s one thing to not want to do the job for safety reasons but it’s another to treat a regular citizen the way he does. Not everyone knows the rules and regulations and he doesn’t need to yell at them and talk down to them. I called Nailed It in a panic when the labor I hired to lay sod bailed on me on the spot when the sod was delivered to my house . I was in a huge panic to find someone experienced to come and take over the job- and it is so hard finding experienced guys on shirt notice.
