!!DID NOT SHOW UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT!! !!STAY AWAY!! !!UNPROFESSIONAL!! !THEY ARE RATED 3 STARS FOR A REASON! I called and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out to my house for a quote on a fence. A two hour window was agreed upon for the appointment time. On the day of the appointment no one showed up. When I called no one answered I left a voicemail and I have not received a return call.
Very disappointed in the customer service. I think this company is associated with another company as well (Apollo beach fence)and they both are horrible. Left at least 5 messages and still waiting for someone to get back to me! The owner promised three times he would come out and never showed up! We left multiple messages on both company lines with no response! Beware and go elsewhere! We will not be giving them our business!!
We had our fence installed shortly after our fence completely came down after Hurricane Irma came through. We waited a long time after that before Nailed It could come out and install a new fence, which is understandable due to the high demand of people needing fence installations and repairs. After the fence was installed we noticed some boards starting to warp and come completely loose from the rest of the fence. Very poor quality. Sam and his company installed our back fence without any issues whatsoever, so we decided to have him come out and install the same fencing along the side and front of our house, which included a gate.
