had such a pleasant experience at this nail salon in Plymouth! It was the perfect spot for a mother and daughter day. They were able to take us both at the same time, which we really appreciated, and we were seated right next to each other. The salon was very clean, not loud at all, and had such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we’ll definitely be back!
Came back for a simple touch-up and it turned out really well. The salon felt relaxed and easy to sit in. My nails looked clean and nicely done when I left
I typically never EVER complain, but I am not pleased. I called to book a wax with Tram whom ive been to before and she's wonderful. I figured id try their mani and pedi if the price was as good as the wax. The girl on the phone said 35 each for gel mani/pedi/wax. I asked numerous times because it didnt seem right, she insisted 70 for gel mani/pedi total and 35 for wax. I asked if the price was right so many times my mother said I was being annoying.
