She claim she scheduled Pest Control to come spray around my appointment time because I did not confirm my appointment and it would take 2 hours for the place to ventilate ( Never heard of that). I booked an appt with the owner on Monday 07/19/2021 for Friday 07/23/2021 for 2:30pm. The owner stated that she would send the required contract to me "soon" which required a photo ID on Mon.07/19/2021 at 5:25pm. I didn't receive the contract until Fri.07/23/2021 at 9am. The contract and ID are required to be submitted 2hrs before the appt or the appt would be cancelled. I received notification that my appt for 2:30pm would be canceled at 2:14pm.
