I have been a customer at this salon for about 3 years. I have always been pleased with the quality of their work, until yesterday. I had a manicure, which as always was very well done. But the pedicure without exaggeration was torture! Every aspect of the digging, trimming & callous removal was painful. I sat there tense & grimacing. I indicated several times out loud that I was experiencing pain, but the worker repeated went back to that area to do more.
