Owner ERICA is NASTY. I have an autoimmune disease that causes my nails to break easily. Erica told me that this was a “me” problem and shamed me for not being able to afford nails every 2 weeks. Trust me, as soon as you leave this salon, they’ll start talking shit about you. Nasty, gossipy people. Do not give them your business.
I had such a wonderful experience at Nail’d It Beauty Lounge! Erika was absolutely amazing—so kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me on the different options and products, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my choices. Update: Three years later and this place is still as fabulous. Always a great time and good conversation while getting my nails done. I've had the pleasure of having pretty much all the techs do my nails at some point. They are all skilled at what they do and I've never had a bad experience. I have come twice so far and have had great experiences both times. The ladies are very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and totally eased my anxiety on my first visit.
