I am always delighted with the service at Nail’d It ! These are some of the nails which were all done by the owner, Chi. She is an amazing nail artist and is able to do any design I bring her, she is also very accommodating with appointment booking. Almost all these designs were done in my natural nails, the bio gel used makes sure the nails stay healthy and strong and retain length. I’ve been seeing Troy for my nails and he’s truly the best! He’s a perfectionist in the best way- my nails always turn out flawless and last so well. The salon itself is spotless, calm, and very professional, which makes the whole experience relaxing. I also appreciate how Chi, the owner, is always so kind and accommodating with scheduling. Everyone is friendly and skilled. If you’re looking for a nail salon that’s clean, spacious, and where the staff really care about their work, I can’t recommend this place enough!

I returned for a pedicure after a fantastic first visit when the salon opened two years ago, but the service has declined. The owner, Chi, asked me to come earlier, then kept me waiting and lectured me that I should have booked with someone else as she no longer really does pedicures. I don’t appreciate being lectured when I’m paying for a service — a far cry from the warm, attentive experience I had before.
I loved this nail bar. By far the best set I have ever had, no exaggeration. The salon is super clean, nice and modern. They had a ton of colour options, including moon cat eye! I got the green and I am utterly obsessed. Would highly recommend.
