Rebeca is absolutely amazing at what she does! Hands down, the best Russian manicure in Lancaster. Today’s nail design was completely her idea, and I couldn’t be happier with the result—she’s so creative and talented. Rebeca is always cheerful and friendly, which makes every appointment such a pleasure. Her studio is spotless and welcoming. I highly recommend Rebeca to anyone looking for flawless nails and a great experience!
