Rebeca is incredible, a true artist when it comes to the Russian manicure/pedicure! I have been coming to Rebeca monthly for about a year and half now! Prior to coming to Rebeca, I took a decent time off from getting my nails done because I struggled to find a manicurist who I truly loved. It just felt like a waste of time and money.
