I had high hopes for NailBox after seeing their minimal, luxe-forward marketing—but unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite match the image. Unfriendly service!! Three of us went to get basic manis and try the place out. Two of us ended up upgrading to gel manis because they “normally only do designs for gel mani.” So ok fine - we went along with it. My sister, who stuck with the basic mani was done with her “manicure” in less than 20 min. The polish was put on sloppily and the color was so thin on her nail you can see right through.
