Honestly - I gave this place a fair chance. I used to go there regularly just for pedicures as they were quite affordable. The pedicure wasn't great but it wasn't too bad so it was worth it for the price and convenience for me. But last weekend was what made me give up on this place.... I made an appointment a week in advance. I showed up at my scheduled appointment time and the place was locked and closed. There was a car outside on the driveway. Terrible ervice, They dont know how to do their job.
⭐ 1 star Hands down the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had—and on my birthday, no less (yes, we did mention it was my birthday). My mom wanted to treat me to a mani-pedi and swore this place used to be good. Maybe it was, but not anymore. It’s clearly under new (and terrible) management. The woman who did my nails—possibly the owner—was rude, aggressive, and completely careless. She made my toe bleed, and when my mom pointed it out, she got even nastier with me. I went there last Saturday and my nails already falling and breaking within two days he changed me 79 dollars for cheap nails and no cleaning I’m so disappointed and shocked at the service. I don’t recommend
Oh man, I tried with this place….. I always drive by here and that is how I should have kept it!!!! I went in there today saying I was going to give them a chance. I needed a pedicure. I had to ask the nail technician how long has he been doing this, (Today is Sunday) he told me Tuesday!!!!! Which is fine, but don’t charge me full price and because he was all over the place with what he’s doing. He even forgot to clean a foot!!! Still trying with him.
