Just awful. Please do not come here, my sister and I came here to get our nails done and it was rushed, painful, and an overall unprofessional experience. My sister’s nails were cut up and not properly cleaned. They did absolutely nothing about it and if you look closely there is still a bunch of product all over her fingers. The staff were nice at times but got mean quick when we had complaints. Please, do not waste your time here. Find a better nail salon that will actually take good care of you.
I’m not going to lie, I will never come back here again. don’t get me wrong, the owners are very kind. but it is very unprofessional. today there was only one woman working and I understood it was stressful for her. however, I had a limited amount of time, and I called beforehand asking if there was a wait. as soon as I sat down, someone had come in to get their eyebrows waxed. Super happy with my set! I came in with nails from a different salon that I was not happy with. They took me in last minute and fixed me right up. Very pleasant people to deal with as well. It’s safe to say this is my new nail place!
