This situation is negligence. The technician cut my son’s toe far deeper than what is appropriate for normal nail care, which resulted in an infection. She is not a podiatrist, and should never have performed a procedure that breaks the skin. This does not meet the standard of care for a licensed nail technician, and it directly caused harm. I expect this to be addressed appropriately.
Unfortunately, I got a nail infected after a pedicure. I’d also like to point out that the prices are extremely high compared to the area +30%. The service was ok but it’s easy to see why there isn’t foot traffic.
