I bought quite a few items from them, and the girl at the counter suggested that I try their own-brand nail polishes. I also purchased some Aprés products. After trying both brands, I decided to keep the Aprés ones. When I went back to exchange the nail polishes, she refused. I was never told at the time of purchase that the items were final sale. I love this store they have everything I need for nails here. Nancy was very nice and helpful.
They never open on time. I've been here 3 times in the last two weeks, no one's ever there at 930. In store customer service is non existent.
