Worst customer service I have ever received. I asked for a French manicure and this is what I got. First of all when you ask for French manicure, it is a basic white tip with clear backs. I never asked for a hot pink base or anything like but yet she decided to do that because that what she normally does. But that’s not a French anyway I told her I didn’t want that and I was super nice and asked her to just paint the whole nail on a pink color. Theresa did such a good job! She's the best for acrylics!
I got a gel mani done last week and my nail tech advised me to come back if the gel started chipping. As anticipated, it did chip. However, when I went back they took complete care of me! Another nail tech, who I believe to be the owner, redid my gel and it turned out beautiful. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and my nails!!
