The service was quick and really well done. I got SNS with Jade — she was on point. She also did my eyebrows and upper lip, and I loved that she listens and suggests what suits you. She’s fast, skilled, and I genuinely enjoyed the experience.
Wei, Jade and KK are wonderful at what they do. Anna is friendly and welcoming. The shop is clean and the service is top tier. I highly recommend.
I had a disappointing experience at this salon. A $5 issue was handled in a way that felt unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. Rather than trying to resolve the misunderstanding, the staff were dismissive and unwilling to listen. Good customer service is about treating customers with respect, even over small amounts. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience, and I won’t be returning.
Their business tactics are not ethical. Pay attention to every conversation held to watch out for extra expenses. Poor service.
I love this salon. It is so friendly and accommodating.
