My friend booked us appointments at Nail Time for graduation photos. I arrived at my appointment time and was not acknowledged for 30 minutes. The salon was conservatively about 105 degrees in temperature. Finally, starting with natural nails only, I was taken back for nail tips and alternating dip powder, with a simple paw print design on two nails. The process took THREE HOURS and TEN MINUTES. I had one of the worst nail experiences here. My appointment was for 7:00, but I wasn’t seen until 7:30. The service itself dragged on for 3 hours for plain, solid nails (not even a design), and during that time I was cut so badly that 5–6 of my nails were BLEEDING. On top of that, I showed a photo of the pink color I wanted, and a staff member recommended a shade she said would match — but I left with a clear/natural nail color that looked nothing like what I asked for. Salon was clean and well kept. Went for a dip powder removal, nothing else. The man proceeded to shave my polish off with the drill bit and began shaving off some of my actual nail underneath. The whole time he kept hitting my cuticles and surrounding skin which hurt. My fingers began to burn from the constant filing.
