i called and asked for acrylic and they said yes but half way through my nails they told me they only did gel x, an extra 20 for super simple design is crazy!!! we had to sit and wait for a good half hour before we even started and was in there for a little over 3 hours for basic nails for two people. she was super harsh with my nails and filed so hard into my skin i was bleeding for days and lost a couple neurves, not joking lol! my nails didn’t even stay on two weeks too!!!!! would not recommend sorry

I had to stop coming to this salon for my own health and safety. After my last service, I woke up with severe pain and swelling around multiple fingertips. This is the second time this has happened to me here. On top of the reaction, the technician severely over-filed and thinned down my natural nail beds during the prep work, leaving my fingers raw and deeply damaged. Initially loved it. I was a walk-in for normal manicure at the end of the day, yet they took their time, did a great job shaping, and the polish looked GREAT. Later that night the polish started slipping though (not dry between coats) and two weeks later my nails were chipped and brittle, breaking off way easier than before. I was confused when they used an efile at the base of my nails when prepping them and do think that's part of why they're so weak now. Time to regrow.
