I would give a 0 if I could! The service was okay.. but they talk about their customer behind their back! I never had this experience before that’s is ridiculous I would never recommend coming here! I called for an appointment and the women that answered me was really rude I didn’t want it to be a bad start to I ignored it at first but then when I arrived no body greeted me so I waited 5 minutes and then someone greeted me then when I was getting my nails done she was talking about me to the lady next to her?! I was really surprised by how I was treated today. This was my first time visiting, and I was told not to come back if a nail breaks—despite never having been here before. It felt uncalled for and left a bad impression. I told them that I’ve never broken a nail done by them before and they started getting hostile. Just be careful and spend your money where it’s worth it. It was a horrible experience.
