Amazing experience! I needed a manicure last minute, called early in the afternoon and Cicely booked me for 4pm. When I arrived, it was super chill, it was just her in a private studio and she was finishing up a previous client - I waited for maybe 5 min in a super nice leather chair and I actually appreciated that she was taking her time with her previous client and not rushing her out just because it was 4 on the dot.
