I had a terrible experience for my manicure. Initially, the place was beautiful, calm, and clean. However, when I sat down for my manicure, my manicure technician was rude, awful, and messy. She left her dirty trolley next to me, did not organized , didn’t throw away the paper towels, and didn’t communicate much. Her face didn’t show any happiness while taking care of me. After being bumped out of our scheduled appointment by another nail salon, I called this place and they were able to fit us in for a pedicure for two. The place looked nice enough, but the service was lackluster. Our nail techs barely spoke to us and it felt like they barely put any effort in trying to make it a nice experience - everything just felt rushed and impersonal.
