I was lucky they were open today. What a lovely lady, very polite and kind. Haven't gotten a manicure in 2 years, and my mother and daughter have been at my fingers . Thanks again for a great experience!
The current appointment scheduling process appears to be inefficient, as it does not adequately reserve client time. Furthermore, the practice of keeping clients waiting in a massage chair without providing water or acknowledging their presence warrants immediate attention and improvement. We must strive to enhance the client experience.
Staff was very friendly and nice. I got a quick pedicure, and the atmosphere was clean. I enjoyed the message chair as well. I will be back.
