Pretty bad experience here with a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure - nail all cut unevenly and then not finished properly with filing, even when I pointed it out. Manicure - I got a shape of my beautiful natural nails. They absolutely destroyed the shape and had no regard for the way they were filing (not even sure she was looking at my nails). I had a terrible experience today 13/05/25. All was well, the colour I picked required Tran to use chrome powder she informed it costs more, yes no worries that’s pretty common across most nail salons. When it comes time to cut my tips to my chosen size I showed her & she seemed shocked? Spoke in her own language to another lady, who then approached me & informed me they would cost more… really? Edit: I was offered full refund if they could take the set off, fine. Really unhappy with the whole expirence Not happy with the price they charge an extra $20 for french tip but dont tell you untill nails are done. French tip not done well. Service was poor. Was very hot in store aswell. Its says on the window $55 full set with white tip, extra $5 for shape. I paid $90 and I'm extremely unhappy with not being told how much more they were till the end, thats a massive price jump! Have been previously and not paid that much f... read more
Horrible experience. Lady peeled the previous gel off my nails with tweezers - causing my big toe nail to be ripped down to the skin and be split in half. Didn’t even apologise or say anything to me as I was in pain. Then proceeeded to try and cover it with 5 layers of nail polish. Couldn’t even paint without having to wipe my skin after. Once she was done, walked away and left me there for 10 minutes - guessing she was letting my toes air dry?
