Absolute worse nail place I have EVER been too . The staff is so un welcoming, pedicure was probably 15 minutes at that , the did now even remove old product I had on one finger nail just polished over it . DONT waste your money !!
The service was very good pleasant however I was over charged. A month ago I paid $40.00. Today I paid $50.00 . I figured price went up! I called a couple of hours later asked the price answer was $45.00. So sad take advantage!
Poor customer service, came last night around 6 pm she said it was not time for both pedicure and manicure. I said okay. I will come in the morning didn’t bother to ask if I need an appointment. Get there this morning nothing available what a waste of time.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve come to this salon and their previous location on and off to have Rosie do my nails and every time she does such a fantastic job. Today I got a pedicure and I literally cannot stop looking at my toes. She’s so kind and genuine and is so meticulous with her work. I’ve tried so many OTHER places (more local to me), and always end up hating my nails and the experience. Rosie is the only person who is consistent and that I trust. I will no longer go to anyone else but her!!
Worst customer service. Makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them when you show up with business.
