I had such a great experience at the Nail Studio, especially with Tina! I was 15 minutes late to my appointment due to an emergency, and I was really worried about how it would affect everything. On top of that, I had accidentally booked the wrong service and forgot to mention that I actually needed nail extensions. Tina had already started the gel manicure when I realized my mistake, but she was so kind and understanding about it. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all and was completely willing to adjust the service.... read more
