I've been coming here for probably about a year now, every 3 weeks. I always get my nails done by Christy. I have always been so incredibly happy coming in. The last month or so they've brought in some new staff. Their new receptionist, he isn't the most welcoming. All the girls are absolutely amazing that work there. I went here to get services done for my wedding: eyebrow and upper lip waxing, shellac nails on my hands, and a pedicure. Unfortunately, the whole experience was very unpleasant. First, my face was burned with the wax. When I pointed it out, I was only told the burn and redness would go away with time. Then, while doing my nails, I was never asked which color I wanted.
