I showed pictures of what I wanted & got exactly what I asked for. That doesn’t happen at most nail shops. I’ve been going to Nail Story for about a year now. Yes, they are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The amount of detail & time they put into ensuring you’re satisfied with the shape of your nails, design & over all experience is none like no other shop in Salisbury.
The place is very nice very clean. I just didn’t care for the fact that when I walked in, they want me to pick a color off the wall. I wasn’t doing it fast enough for them so they sat me in the chair to get a pedicure and then hand me a book of colors then as I was getting my manicure done they had another whole wall of colors. I think that they should offer you every color they have. I felt like it was just an assembly line and it was like get you in get you out. They weren’t very Friendly I just felt very rushed
Just went there for the first time with my sister for a mani and pedi, it was really nice and the workers were very kind with us, and im happy with my nails
Super nice place and the tech that did my nails was super sweet. They are very busy and always accommodating
