Disappointing experience. Saw great reviews online alongside some very promising pictures and decided to try out a design for the first time. Nails ended up being uneven in both length and shape. Design looks like I could have done it at home. Had to file down sharp edges after getting home. I’m trying very hard to love them but alas. I regret tipping 20%. The manager Tyler reached out and offered a free correction, although I cannot make the drive again, I appreciate the offer tremendously.

I came to this nail shop to get serviced and was told to come back in one hour. So I did. When I came back in one hour I was asked again could I come back in 25 minutes. I asked the nail tech if she was not able to service me just say it because to keep asking me could I come back when there was only one person being serviced getting a pedicure and she was doing another nail tech a manicure on a Sunday. Nice environment, clean salon, and friendly staff. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. It was a great experience and I will for sure return again and again.
