My daughter called Friday morning made an appointment with a specific Tech for 10:30 Sat. she got there 5 mins early as they seated someone else with the nail Tech , I called said the above statement and was lied to they said no she's with the Tech now...Complete Lie Apparently after my second call they moved the customer seated with the Tech (which is not right) then took my Child 25 min. late, no appreciation for the fact that you may have other plans .
