Completely destroyed my nails. Do not come here.
I am incredibly disappointed and in a lot of pain. What was supposed to be a simple, safe soak-off turned into a nightmare. I specifically saw Tina, and it was clear she was rushing and didn't care about the health of my natural nails at all. When I told her I just wanted a soak-off and didn’t want a new set, she immediately got an attitude.
