I can't speak to the nail services. But I personally witnessed staff hitting one of their dogs with a plastic object. They keep two small dogs in the salon, never on leashes, and the dogs run out into the parking lot regularly. When I saw the dog get hit, I went in to tell them this was not acceptable and that they cannot treat their animals this way.

I would not recommend this salon. The tools were not sterilized, cuticle work was awful, and the gel polish cracked after a week. Also, I wouldn’t say the staff were rude but def not pleasant.

I’ve tried all three nail salons in Malibu, and Nail Spa at the Park is my favorite. They take appointments and, just as importantly, they actually honor them, which I really appreciate. The technicians pay close attention to detail, and my manicures and pedicures are consistently good. They’re also incredibly efficient. If you’re getting a regular manicure and pedicure, they can have you in and out in about 15 minutes without sacrificing quality. The atmosphere is another reason I keep coming back. I have to say this had to be the first time in my life I felt I was being racially discriminated. I have never had such a rude and HORRIBLE treatment in my life! I called and asked if they do gel pedicure and hard gel manicure. She said yes. I asked do you actually clean, push and cut cuticles before gel because that’s what I need. She said yes.
