I never write reviews, but this experience was so awful I felt obligated to warn others. We went in at 2:00 PM and clearly communicated multiple times that we needed to leave by 2:30. We were repeatedly assured that would not be a problem. By 2:25, they had only managed to cut and file my nails. I told them I no longer had time for the rest of the service, yet they still charged me anyway. My daughter got an acrylic French tip set, and it looked terrible. At first its seemed nice then the mighty dollar came in the picture, as they try to upsell you the entire time and you don’t want to buy, they then add all these extra charges for things we didn’t want. The man who sits at the front, enjoying our country, decided to go blah blah meaning I didn’t know what he said because he doesn’t know English barely but lives in America…hmmmm. Just got a pedicure and a nail polish change yesterday. They quoted me $40 for the pedicure and $20 for the nail polish color change. When I went to pay, they upcharged me an additional $20 to remove the gel polish and for design. To make things worse, one of my nails broke that evening and the polish is chipping off.
