The staff was very friendly and professional. As soon as I sat down I was offered a drink of my choice. My stylist was very quiet which I didn't mind.
The place is beautiful but I was disappointed with my manicure . I love short nails however I asked to even my nails and my right hand is way too short . They used a drill on my natural nails . The polish looked thick and she even added drops to thin it. I’ve managed a nail salon before so I know they do this when polish is old . I mentioned it didn’t look smooth and she brushed me off and said the top coat would fix it. Polish was sloppy and color was on my finger tips and sides. Nail spa and beyond. I got my nails done last thrusday and that Sunday my pinky nail fell off and I got pink French and you can see my nails through the acrylic. Spending so much money on nails to get them looking this rough and have them falling off and lifting within 4 days is ridiculous. My sister got her nails done the same day and now all of them are off.
