Their service is average but employees ask for tip although they know they dis not do any extra efforts to make clients happy and i did not feel relaxed at all. Worst experience and she took payment machine from me and put tip amount bu herself that make me surprised.
I’ve been to this nail spa a few times and have generally received decent service. However, during my most recent visit, as I was paying, the staff member asked me, “No tip?” I found this comment to be unprofessional and uncomfortable. Tips are a gesture of appreciation, not an obligation—especially when I’m already paying full price during a time when everything is expensive for everyone. Worst nails i ever had!! Not at all clean
There was a men that did my nail, he really did a wonderful job I am really happy thank you so much. I will go back again.
