I came in as a walk in for a waxing for eyebrows. I entered the salon at 4:39pm on a Saturday. I was told to go to the back by the receptionist very promptly. That was fine. I waited for 20 minutes in the back room for someone to come. I understand if it was busy, but if so, give me the courtesy to checking or give me a wait time. Went for the first time last week and seriously got one of the best manicures and pedicures ever. I saw Sharron and she was amazing. I had a powder manicure with tips and it's easily the most perfect and natural manicure I've had. The woman at the counter was also very nice and helped me find the color I was looking for. Will definitely be back!

I've been a regular customer for the past couple of months and was really disappointed by how my appointment was handled today. This salon often runs late, which I've always been flexible about. Today, I called ahead to say I'd be a few minutes late and was told my appointment was canceled because they "had another customer." I was then told I could be charged half the service fee.
