I have been going to nail spa for a while now and my nails always look amazing. The other day I think there was a miscommunication with one of the techs (who was super sweet by the way) and my nails did not come out the way I wanted them to. Nail spa redid the whole service for me and I am very happy with the result. I am even happier that they did this for me and extended this courtesy as I know this is a big task. Great nail place and customer service. I highly recommend!

Had the best gel mani/pedi fill of my entire experience at Nail Spa with Leo. I’ve been a customer for years and this is the happiest I’ve ever left and the best, most thorough job I’ve ever had done. So good! Thank you Leo (:

The visit began on a positive note with a GEL X manicure. Sue was patient, quick but thorough, answering all my questions in a professional manner. Following the manicure, I had a gel pedicure. Unfortunately, my experience with Maggie was not as positive. Absolutely the BEST!! From gel and hard gel to intricate designs and top-notch cleanliness—this place has it all. My nails last an entire month without lifting or chipping. I’ve always hopped from salon to salon, but once I found Nail Spa, I knew I’d never go anywhere else. Consistent quality, amazing service, and results that speak for themselves!

I’ve been coming here for years and have always loved their work—great quality and beautiful results. However, I’ve noticed a disappointing pattern when it comes to customer service. They’re very warm and welcoming when you come in for a new set or a fill, but the energy is noticeably different when you return for a nail fix within the 7-day window they offer.
