I've been a regular customer for the past couple of months and was really disappointed by how my appointment was handled today. This salon often runs late, which I've always been flexible about. Today, I called ahead to say I'd be a few minutes late and was told my appointment was canceled because they "had another customer." I was then told I could be charged half the service fee. I’m really disappointed in this salon. Nail techs are great and do beautiful work and are clearly very talented, but the management is consistently rude and unprofessional, which ruins the entire experience. When I came in for a nail repair, the manager spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive, interrupted me while I was explaining, and made me feel like the issue was somehow my fault. I have been going to nail spa for a while now and my nails always look amazing. The other day I think there was a miscommunication with one of the techs (who was super sweet by the way) and my nails did not come out the way I wanted them to. Nail spa redid the whole service for me and I am very happy with the result. I am even happier that they did this for me and extended this courtesy as I know this is a big task. Great nail place and customer service. I highly recommend!

Had the best gel mani/pedi fill of my entire experience at Nail Spa with Leo. I’ve been a customer for years and this is the happiest I’ve ever left and the best, most thorough job I’ve ever had done. So good! Thank you Leo (:
