Absolutely awful. Came in last week to get my gel removed. No soaking, just used the drill sander and my nails look absolutely horrible. They wanted me in and out and it was obvious. Would not go back.

I've been to this salon several times and I always book with Lily. She's incredibly talented, very patient, and I absolutely love her work. My SNS always lasts a long time! As for the regular pedicure, I've tried it twice, and both times the polish started chipping after just 2–3 days. I don't like getting gel polish on my toes because when I do a regular pedicure myself at home, the polish usually lasts until I decide to remove it.

Made an appointment based on the professionalism perceived on the internet site, reluctant because of the mixed reviews and some of the pictures posted on google. The manicure experience was below standard for the meniscal extra charges that apply. Cuticles not attended to, nails have an uneven distribution, tech heavy handed with the tools. she was not comfortable in her position, kept handling my hands, telling me to relax as she kept mentioning how uneven my fingers are.
