I’d leave a 0 star review if I could. A friend and I went in to receive the deluxe spa pedicures. The total we paid was $135. During the service, no sanitation bag liners were used in the pedicure tubs. My friend started 15 minutes before I did. My friends nails were clipped short to the point that every toe was bleeding. I had a very disappointing experience with this nail technician. The nails were filed so low at the cuticle that they already looked grown out the day I left the salon. By day three, the polish was chipping off, which is unacceptable for a fresh set. During the appointment, I was cut by the technician—something that has happened to multiple other clients, based on conversations I’ve had. Couldn’t get any services done. Wouldn’t even answer basic questions when I called about full services. Just received attitude about appointments and hung up on twice. I did find out that the site is wrong. Different owners, wrong times and prices. But doesn’t do any good to call them. Customer service skills is a plus which they don’t have
