I had a very disappointing experience with this nail technician. The nails were filed so low at the cuticle that they already looked grown out the day I left the salon. By day three, the polish was chipping off, which is unacceptable for a fresh set. During the appointment, I was cut by the technician—something that has happened to multiple other clients, based on conversations I’ve had. Couldn’t get any services done. Wouldn’t even answer basic questions when I called about full services. Just received attitude about appointments and hung up on twice. I did find out that the site is wrong. Different owners, wrong times and prices. But doesn’t do any good to call them. Customer service skills is a plus which they don’t have

This place has hours Monday thru Saturday 10am til 7pm, I’m not from Rawlins I come to Rawlins several times a year for work, this nail shop is never open or wants you to have an appointment. How can I make an appointment if I don’t live here I’m only here for work, I could make an appointment for 2 days later and my job can be done the next day so I wouldn’t make that appointment cause I would be headed home or to the next job where they send me.
